Yes, you heard correctly. This could be a first for you (as well as many other fortunate travelers!). Travel to Prague for Thanksgiving! Why not; life’s short.

Of course, they surely do NOT celebrate Turkey Day in the ole Czech Republic, but that shouldn’t stop you. What’s a few obstacles here and there to you? PSssssh. Nothing! Back to this blog post. Virgin Vacations is offering a package to Prague that seems too good to be true, but given the economic climate you should be finding more and more tempting travel deals. I say grab the opportunity while you can. The trip to Prague starts at $669 per person and includes:
A deal!
Nevermind that you don’t know Jack about Prague, let alone where it even is! Haha. Sorry for teasing. (and apologies if you do know something about Praha.)
Here’s a quickie crash course on Prague: Prague, known as Praha in Czech, is the largest city in the Czech Republic. It’s also the capital. With a population of about 1.9 million inhabitants in the greater metropolitan area, Prague is located on the River Vltava in central Bohemia. To give you an idea of where the country is situated, the Czech Republic borders Germany to the west and northwest, Poland to the northeast, Slovakia to the east and Austria to the south. Prague is a gorgeous city and its city center is now included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. This means that it is treasured site and visited by more than 4.1 million international travelers each year. YOU could be one of those visitors! I could go on and on about the deeply rooted and rich history behind this great European city, but why not discover all that yourself?
